V26-1132 : PEDDARS COURT, LOWESTOFT
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services detailed a proposal to convert the redundant communal facilities at Peddars Court into two bungalows of wheelchair standard.
The Director displayed revised drawings of the project at the meeting, which would produce one two-bedroom bungalow and one three-bedroom bungalow. As the maximum works order under the Disabled Facilities Contract was £20k, it would be necessary to put the scheme out to tender.
RESOLVED
1. That the communal facilities at Peddars Court, Lowestoft, be converted to one two- bedroom bungalow and one three-bedroom bungalow.
2. That a budget figure of £85k be included in the Housing Capital Programme for the conversion works at Peddars Court, Lowestoft.
