V26-1131 : SHARED USE FOOTWAY/CYCLE TRACK - JUBILEE WAY, LOWESTOFT

The report of the Director of Community Services sought dedication of a small area of grass in Jubilee Way as public highway in order to allow the construction of a shared use footway/cycle track.

RESOLVED

That the small area of grass in Jubilee Way, Lowestoft required to construct the combined footway/cycleway between Dove Street and The Hemplands, as shown on the plan presented to Sub-Committee, be dedicated as public highway.
