V26-1050 : PROSECUTION POLICY

The report of the Chief Internal Auditor set out a Prosecution Policy, which would form an integral part of the Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Policy Statement that was adopted earlier.

The policy framework was based on present practice which made the best use of the available staff resources. Members expressed their support for this continued approach.

RECOMMENDED

That the Prosecution Policy be adopted.
