V26-1027 : 33 BREYDON WAY, LOWESTOFT - UNTIDY LAND

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that complaints had been received regarding the condition of 33 Breydon Way, Lowestoft. The property had been empty for a considerable time, and as a result the front and rear gardens had become overgrown, although some tidying of the front garden had since taken place. Some external painting of the premises would also be desirable.
Officers did not feel that the condition of the premises necessitated the serving of an Untidy Land Notice at this time, however continued monitoring of the premises would ensure the situation did not deteriorate.

RESOLVED

That no further action be taken in relation to the condition of 33 Breydon Way, Lowestoft.

(Councillor Young declared an interest in the above item and left the room during the debate).
