The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, subject to landscaping.

The original developer of the site had not made up the estate road, and it was a condition of outline permission that no units be occupied until this was completed. The Director would pursue this with the new site owners.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W13731/10, subject to landscaping.
