Listed building consent for the provision of floodlights.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this was a re-submission of a previously refused scheme. The applicants had reduced the wattage and colour of the lights and he now recommended approval, subject to use only during hours of licensed opening.

The Parish Council's observation was also for approval. A neighbour who had previously objected to the scheme now found it acceptable.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W15655/9, subject to use only during licensed opening hours.
