Application for two storey rear extension.

The Director of Planning and Building Control considered that this proposal was too large and would overtop the existing cottage. The applicants had submitted amended plans which reduced the floor level and brought the eaves of the proposal in line with the cottage; he recommended approval. The Town Council's observation was also for approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to an amended application W15949/1.
