Outline application for construction of a dwelling and two garages.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for refusal, as the proposed site could not achieve development which would be compatible with surrounding properties. The proposed bungalow would largely fill the plot with no room to set it back and form a private garden. The Parish Council objected as they considered the foul sewerage to be inadequate.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application W16987.
