The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for refusal, as the proposed sub-division would adversely affect the character and setting of this attractive Georgian country house and was contrary to Policy ENV23. However, he felt a site visit could be worthwhile because of the complexity of the building.

RESOLVED

That a site meeting be held at the location of applications W16913 and W16913/1.
