Application for two storey front extension.
The Director of Planning and Building Control advised members that this proposal would extend the property 0.8 metres in front of the neighbour's similar extension. The neighbour had objected to the loss of light, however, the Director did not consider this significant enough to justify refusal and recommended approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W560/4.
