Application for siting of a temporary mobile home.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as the proposal was for an agricultural unit which was supported by a professional appraisal. It was felt that the application should be granted for five years for agricultural occupancy only personal to applicants to see if the business could be fully established.

The Parish Council had no objection.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W14308/3, temporary for five years, and personal to the applicants.
