V25-952 : REPRESENTATIVES ON OUTSIDE BODIES

KIRKLEY POORS LAND ESTATE

The Council had recently been advised that Iain Walpole, a former Councillor and nominated representative on the above, had ceased to be a trustee representative as he had been absent from all meetings of the trustees during a period of one year.

The appointment of a new trustee representative was therefore required for a term of four years. The person appointed was required through residence, occupation or employment, or otherwise to have special knowledge of the area of the ancient parish of Kirkley.

RESOLVED

That Councillor Francis be appointed to the Kirkley Poors Land Estate for a term of four years.
