V25-921 : LAND AVAILABLE FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Central Services which examined the policy of availability of industrial land int he present climate. (Para. 9) RECOMMENDED
That the Council no longer have fully serviced industrial land available for immediate development, and that no further land at South Lowestoft Industrial Estate be acquired. *Policy Decision.
