V25-92 : W6020/8 LAND AT QUAY STREET, HALESWORTH
Application for construction of two new houses.
The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as the proposed design was now appropriate for this site. The proposals were wider than surrounding dwellings although this was consistent with the size of the plots. The houses would be significantly set back and removed from the street scene and the protection of the tree had been ensured. The Town Council observation was for refusal, as the design was not in keeping with the street scene. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W6020/8, subject to black pantiles and transom bars.
