V25-869 : CENTRAL CONTROL

The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services which examined the competitive market that had developed for the monitoring of Warden Call equipment installed in Housing Association and private landlord's sheltered accommodation.

A further report on the overall position regarding Central Control was to be presented at a later date, and members considered that then would be a more appropriate time to look at all aspects of the service.

RESOLVED

That decision on the charging policy of Central Control be deferred for the full report to be considered at the next meeting of the Sub-Committee.
