V25-857 : SUFFOLK RECYCLING FORUM

The Director of Community Services reported that Councillor Ayers was a Council representative on the Suffolk Recycling Forum, a position he was nominated to originally as the Chairman of Development and Operations Committee. Councillor R Carter also attended as the representative from Housing and Environmental Services Committee.

The Forum had been reconstituted as the Suffolk Waste Management Forum, and it was considered opportune to substitute the Chairman of Community Services Committee for Councillor Ayers, given that it had taken over responsibility in this area from the former Development and Operations Committee

RESOLVED

That Councillor Kelly replace Councillor Ayers as the Community Services Committee representative on the Suffolk Waste Management Forum.
