Listed building consent for conversion of outbuildings to holiday dwelling

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, for holiday use only, with the front window being reduced. He would pass on the comments of the Access Officer in respect of a ramped access to allow disabled use.

RESOLVED

That planning permission and listed building consent be granted to applications W14722/2 and W14722/3 respectively, subject to holiday use only and a reduced front window.
