Application for two storey side extension and front porch extension.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this application had been refused at the last meeting, but had since been scaled down. The extension would still be two storey and reach the boundary, but would have a smaller roof and be in deference to the existing building. His recommendation was therefore for approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W15104/2.
