Construction of restaurant with drive-thru facility and associated landscaping and parking. The above items were considered together as they related to the same application site. The items had been deferred at the last meeting for further negotiations with the applicant. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that, although these applications now addressed many of the problems outlined at the last meeting, consultations were still ongoing and he could only recommend deferral at this stage. RESOLVED
That consideration of applications W3250/35 and W3250/36 be deferred for further negotiations with the applicant.
