Application for a two-storey front extension.
The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for refusal, as the size, height and appearance of the proposed extension would detract from the appearance of the existing house and street scheme. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported on negotiations with the applicant on a revised scheme, deleting part of the two-storey extension, which it was felt could be acceptable. RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W12576/7.
