V25-796 : SCOTT HART
Before the formal proceedings of the Council, the Chairman announced that Scott Hart, a 15 year old cellist from Kirkley High School, was to play for Councillors, to demonstrate his unique talent on the cello. Scott was accompanied by the Head of Music of Kirkley High School. Scott had learnt to play the cello within the last 18 months but was such an accomplished musician he had become a member of the London Symphony Orchestra playing at the Barbican in London. Following the performance, Scott received a standing ovation.
