V25-754 : HARDSHIP RELIEF - NON-DOMESTIC RATES
The report of the Director of Central Services considered three applications to reduce non- domestic rates under Section 49 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988. The Sub-Committee recommended that two applications be approved at a cost of £1449.90 and £129.18 to the general fund, and that another application be refused. (Para. 7)
