The Sub-Committee received the report of the Director of Central Services and recommended that the programme of work outlined in Section 2 of the report be undertaken in the manner described. The Sub-Committee also recommended several staff changes in the Personnel Section to enable a Job Evaluation Exercise to take place. (Para. 11)
