V25-716 : CENTRAL HEATING DESIGN AND INSTALLATION 1997/99
The following item was taken as urgent business, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as the receipt of tenders had been after the compilation of the agenda. The Committee endorsed the action of the Chairman in accordance with Standing Orders in accepting the lowest tender, that of T. Dukes, to carry out the Council's heating contract for the 1997/99 period. (Para. 8). The Meeting was concluded at 8.30 pm
