V25-71 : TREE PRESERVATION ORDERS (NO. 227A) (NO. 228A) AND (NO. 229A) 1996

LAND AT CORTON LONG LANE, CORTON

The Director of Planning and Building Control, in pursuance of powers delegated to him under Minute V3 - 304/2, had authorised service of the following Tree Preservation Orders:

(1) Land between no. 116 and no. 122 Corton Long Lane, Corton.
(2) Land between no. 122 and no. 134 Corton Long Lane, Corton.
(3) Land between no. 134 and South Lodge, Corton Long Lane, Corton.

Notice of the making of the Orders had been served on the owners of the land, and no objections had been received.

RESOLVED

That the following Tree Preservation Orders 1996, be confirmed as unopposed Orders:

(No. 227A) Land between no. 116 and no. 122 Corton Long Lane, Corton. (No. 228A) Land between no. 122 and no. 134 Corton Long Lane, Corton. (No. 229A) Land between no. 134 and South Lodge, Corton Long Lane, Corton.
