V25-696 : TRANSFER APPLICATION

The Sub-Committee considered a transfer request from a tenant of a property in poor decorative order, and resolved that in view of the tenant's incapacity and interest to move into a difficult to let property, exceptional circumstances existed. The tenant would be eligible for the £2,000 payment for moving to smaller premises, and it was resolved that this be offset against the costs of re-decoration of the previous property, and the balance paid to the tenant. (Para. 3)

(Councillor Rodgers declared an interest in the above item and left the room during the debate).
