V25-695 : REPAYMENT OF RENOVATION GRANT CONTRIBUTION
This item was taken as urgent business, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as the matter needed swift resolution in view of the property being sold. The Sub-Committee resolved that repayment of Renovation Grant monies due of £2,564.58 be demanded upon the disposal of the property. (Para. 5)
