V25-693 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee approved an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant of £736 for a replacement front entrance combination frame and door, as although the property was in Council Tax Band C, the works were seen as an exceptional circumstance on security grounds in view of the applicants' advancing years. (Para. 5)
