V25-691 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee refused an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant, as the applicants were not in receipt of Income Support or 100% Council Tax Benefit, had savings over the £3,000 threshold, were aged under 60, and there were no exceptional circumstances. (Para. 5)
