V25-690 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIRS ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee refused an application for a Discretionary Home Repairs Assistance Grant, as the applicant was not in receipt of Income Support or 100% Council Tax Benefit, and there were no exceptional circumstances. The applicant had however been informed that the application would meet the criteria for a Discretionary Renovation Grant. (Para. 5)
