V25-689 : DISCRETIONARY RENOVATION GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee refused an application for a Discretionary Renovation Grant from an applicant who had not resided in the property concerned for three years as it was considered there were no exceptional circumstances. (Para. 5)
