V25-688 : DISCRETIONARY RENOVATION GRANT - LETTER OF WAIVER
The Sub-Committee refused a request from the Halifax Building Society for a letter of waiver that the Council would not seek to recover a grant in priority to the amount owing under a mortgage in the event of power of sale having to be exercised. (Para. 5)
