Application for conversion and alterations to former housekeepers store to form fish and chip shop.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the Parish Council had recommended refusal of this application due to possible detrimental effects on local take-away and fish and chip shops in the village. However, there were no grounds for refusal on planning grounds, and he recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W536/59.

The meeting was concluded at 8.50 pm.
