TENANT SATISFACTION SURVEY

The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services relating to Programme Groups 5 and 19. Tenants who were not satisfied had been re-visited and the defective work rectified.

Figures were 23 of 28 dwellings satisfied in Group 5, and 15 of 20 in Group 19.

RESOLVED

That the Tenant Satisfaction Survey in respect of programmed maintenance work be continued and monitored by report to each cycle of meetings.
