The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services which gave the following figures for the period 1 April to 30 June 1997: Projected gross rental for year: £11,653,057 Rent arrears: £210,321.75 Rent arrears as a percentage of gross rental for the period: 1.80% Figures for same period 1997: 1.48%
Figures for same period 1996: 1.67%
RESOLVED
That the Quarterly Statement of Rent Arrears be received.
