V25-673 : TENDERS ACCEPTED SINCE LAST MEETING

The Director of Housing and Environmental Services reported details of a tender accepted by the Chairman under Standing Order 6.10 for an 'Inception Report' on the fabric and subsequent work possibly necessary to St. Peter's Court, Lowestoft. A Project Appraisal Team of officers had been appointed, and of the six responses from eight Consultants invited to tender, a short list of three had been drawn up to present what measures they suggested.

RESOLVED

That the report be received, and the Project Appraisal Team's findings be reported to Sub- Committee at a later date.
