Outline application for a holiday village.

The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Planning and Building Control, whose recommendation was for approval in principle, subject to appropriate conditions and, if necessary, a Section 106 Agreement for the widening of Stirrups Lane to 5.5 metres to the recommendations of the Highway Authorities.

The ward member relayed that the development was welcomed by the Parish Council.

RESOLVED

That outline planning permission be granted to application W3898/17, subject to negotiations on highway issues, and retention of trees to the character of Stirrups Lane.
