Application for change of use from flat to bistro.

Members were reminded that a proposed private members club had been refused at the May meeting of this Sub-Committee at this location on grounds of impact on the adjoining flat, lack of parking facilities and general disturbance. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the current proposal did not overcome these objections, and recommended refusal.

RESOLVED

That a site meeting be held at the location of application W11585/2, and attendance be authorised as an approved duty.
