Application for two storey side extension and front porch extension.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the proposed extension would result in an over-dominant and intrusive building at a prominent location in the street scene. This would be contrary to Policy H18, and his recommendation was therefore for refusal.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application W15104/2.
