Application for extension to existing office.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that, although a single storey building, the above application would cause some loss of daylight and outlook to newly-constructed flats in Nelson Court, although no objections had been received. In addition no separate parking facilities were included.

On balance, the recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval subject to the applicant being required to enter into a commuted payment agreement in accordance with Local Plan Policy TR7.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W4744/13, subject to the applicant entering into a commuted payment agreement in accordance with Local Plan Policy TR7.
