V25-617 : W2862/13 - LAND OFF DENMARK ROAD, LOWESTOFT
Outline application to construct two non-food retail units and one food retail unit. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this application was likely to be prejudicial to the town centre and proposals for Lowestoft Station site. He recommended refusal to this application in accordance with a similar application for retail development in the vicinity and on the periphery of the town. No retail appraisal had been submitted, as advised by Government. RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W2862/13.
