V25-616 : W1125/52 - PLEASUREWOOD HILLS THEME PARK, YARMOUTH ROAD, LOWESTOFT

Application for experimental opening until 7pm for two weeks in August 1997, variation of Condition No. 3 W1125/36.

Objections had been received to the above application due to increase of noise.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the proposed extension of the operating hours was to improve the viability of this important tourist attraction. He recommended approval with the effects being monitored.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W1125/52.
