Application for erection of 15 dwellings.

This application had been deferred at the last meeting of the Sub-Committee for a site meeting.

The recommendation of the Parish Council was for refusal. The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, subject to no objections being received before 11 July 1997 and appropriate conditions including an Archaeological Survey prior to commencement of development, satisfactory lopping of trees and completion of a Section 106 Agreement to secure play equipment.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W1265/8 subject to:

(a) no substantial objections being received before 11 July 1997,
(b) an archaeological survey taking place prior to commencement of development, (c) satisfactory lopping of trees
(d) the completion of a Section 106 Agreement to secure play equipment either on site or, with the agreement of Carlton Colville Parish Council, on a suitable play area in the vicinity.
