Application for first floor rear extension.

These two applications were considered together as the properties were adjoining and building works would be carried out to both properties at the same time.

The original plans for these extensions had been amended and reduced in scale. Hipped roofs had been added to both properties' extensions to reduce impact on the neighbouring properties, which still objected. The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to amended applications W16748/1 and W16775.
