The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this backland development would be intrusive into the neighbours' amenities and contrary to Policy H10. Two objections had been received from neighbours, who had already been affected by development in Richards Close; he recommended refusal. RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W16846.
