V25-571 : W4719/13 - KIRKLEY RECREATION GROUND, OFF WALMER ROAD, LOWESTOFT
Application for enhancement of existing recreation ground to include new changing/social facilities and all weather running track. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this application closely followed the outline scheme, but included details of the pavilion; he recommended approval. RESOLVED
That for the purposes of paragraph 4 (5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976 planning permission be granted to application W4719/13.
