Application for erection of three dwellings with associated car parking, approval of details. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this was a cleverly arranged and potentially attractive scheme, although it was below the approved standards for garden space and parking, however, he recommended approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W243/6.
