Outline application for erection of place of worship and associated car park with new vehicular access.

The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Planning and Building Control concerning the above application, for which he recommended approval.

The Parish Council were concerned with the access to the site and the possibility of fencing restricting access to villagers and the information board. They also felt that the building should be further back on the site.

RESOLVED

That a site meeting be held at the location of application W1265/8, and attendance be authorised as an approved duty.
