V25-560 : CREATION OF UNAUTHORISED INDIVIDUAL ACCESSES AND PARKING SPACES

50, 52 AND 60 DENMARK ROAD, LOWESTOFT

Unauthorised individual accesses had been created at 50, 52 and 60 Denmark Road, close to the junction with Katwijk Way. The Director of Community Services had advised that shared accesses and parking, as permitted at 56/58 Denmark Road, that allowed cars to enter and leave in forward gear, would be acceptable.

Despite requests in September and November 1996 no planning application had been submitted and cars were continuing to cross the footway where no dropped kerb existed.

RESOLVED

That the Chief Executive be authorised to take all pursuant action against the unauthorised individual accesses and parking at 50, 52 and 60 Denmark Road, Lowestoft.
