V25-550 : BUSINESS RATE GRANT APPLICATION
The above item was considered as a matter of urgency, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as an immediate decision was required on a business rate grant application. The Committee resolved that the Chief Executive be given delegated authority to offer a rate grant to assist the expansion of a new business in Lowestoft to be met from the Employment Regeneration Fund (Para. 5).
